1. Research / Problem Need

Before starting your research, it is important to clearly define the problem or need that you are trying to address. Consider what industry or market you are in and what challenges or opportunities exist within that space.

According to previous studies, there are several challenges that can arise during the commercialization process. These challenges include risk aversion, constraints on time and resources, lack of financial support, policy and regulation barriers, inadequate infrastructure, and a lack of interaction and collaboration between universities and industry.

3. Target Audience

Audience Identify your target audience or customer base. Understanding who your target audience is will help guide your research and innovation efforts.

4. Industry Identify which industry your problem or innovation belongs to. E.g. Healthcare, e-commerce, entertainment, Real estate.

5. Market Demand

It is important to assess the market demand for your innovation before starting your research. check for the potential market size, growth rate, and competition within your industry.

6. Solution

what solution your research is providing for the identified problem or need.

7. Impact & benefit of research findings Consider what impact your research findings can have on society, the industry, or the target audience.

8. Available methods / Solutions Identify the available methods or solutions that are already in the market.

9. developable potential Identify whether your research has the potential to be developed into a tangible product or service that can be commercialized.
